Mud solid control system is developed by our company though site investigation on drilling technology for all kinds of well depth and repeated argument to drilling fluid progress technology. The system includes mud tank, shale shaker, vacuum degasser, desander, desilter，centrifuge, jet hopper, sand pump, shear pump, agitator, mud gun and so on, have the function of measure, purification, aggravating to mud and meet requirement of different drilling processes.

No pollution during operation; Compact structure, convenient installation, good move. Liquid in the tank is transfered though pipeline, can configure different proportion and different performance mud in arbitrary cabinet of purification tank and suction tank, mud pump can also suck fluid in any cabinet (except measuring cabinet). It can reduce the harmful solid phase of drilling fluid, greatly improve the effect of the purification and technical performance, optimize the drilling parameters. Both can meet the demand of general drilling process, and can satisfy the requirement of special drilling technology. Parts are choose strictly and reliability is high.
