ZYT5281TXJ electric workover rig is a new type, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection workover equipment, it is made up of the second-class chassis, voltage transformer, power distribution cabinet, frequency conversion control cabinet, AC frequency conversion motor, angle gear box, drawworks assembly, mast assembly, traveling system, electric lubricating system, air compression system, hydraulic and pneumatic system and its accessories, etc. The second-class chassis is only responsible for the running, the wellsite power is used as a power source when working. The power is output through power distribution box (1140V or 380V) of the pumping unit in well site, changed into 380V AC after passing through voltage transformer, then put into power distribution box and AC frequency conversion cabinet, then put into the main motor after passing through AC frequency conversion controller, the main motor drives the angle gear box and the drawworks to do the trip up and down tubing operation.

① The transmission efficiency is higher than the traditional diesel engine driving mode, it can reduce the operation and maintenance cost greatly, the operating cost can be saved about 70% per well;
② Low noise, no pollution emission, and it is benefit for the environment;
③ The input current can be set according to the capacity of wellsite transformer and distribution box to adapt the different wellsite power supply condition;
④ The whole unit is set with the functions of overload alarm and frequency converter overload automatic stop, it can avoid the equipment damage caused by wrong operation;
⑤ The whole unit is equipped with perfect safety grounding device, which can ensure the safe use of the whole unit.
