Based on the second-class chassis, the truck is refitted by adding platform, full power PTO, triplex cylinder plunger pump, trucked-mounted boiler, burner, air supply system, pump suction and discharge piping, boiler inlet and outlet pipelines, driving system, hydraulic system, air system, gas storage system, gas treatment system, operating system and so on. The truck is mainly used for thermal washing and broken down of oil production well; high pressure well washing and pressure testing; paraffin removal of pipe and pole cooperate with workover operations. It’s also widely used for heating other medium, unclogging and unfreezing surface pipeline and cleaning equipment and so on.
Optional parts: 380VAC burner、diesel generating set、6m3 water tank、80m3 well washing pump.
Optional chassis: Beiben (4×2, 6×4, 6×6), Shanqi (4×2, 6×4, 6×6), Sinotruck (4×2, 6×4, 6×6), Dongfeng (4×2, 6×4, 6×6).
