Membrane separation nitrogen production and injection unit is mainly used for oilfield enhanced oil recovery technology, the oil recovery percent has been improved because the device injects high pressure nitrogen to oil well, and the oil recovery rate has been improved. Membrane separation nitrogen production and injection unit adopts truck-mounted moving type, the whole system is installed on two trucks, it is consists of air compressor system, air treatment system, membrane separation system, nitrogen supercharging system and central control system. The unit extracts air from the atmosphere directly, and then separates nitrogen from the air, the separated nitrogen will be supercharged, then high pressure and high purity nitrogen will be got and supplied for user.
