The plunger pump is horizontal single-acting reciprocating pump, consists of power end, fluid end and lubrication system. It is mainly used for well flushing, well cementing, fracturing and other high pressure operations.

|
Using horizontal, triplex cylinder and single-acting structure, and reduce speed of crank shaft using outside gearbox reducer mechanism, to simplify driving type of pump, the gear box has two kinds of drive radio to be chosen: 4.6 and 2.03; Pump head adopts integral pump head structure; Hydraulic end lubrication adopts two kinds of types: pneumatic lubrication and lubrication oil pump circulation lubrication; Power end lubrication adopts power source outside the pump.
